We provide predictable income and guaranteed occupancy across a number of properties, secured against our revenue. Long-term tenants usually rely on one source of income.

We lease multiple units at once which greatly reduces vacancies, turnover rates, and lease-up periods. Our goal is to enter into multi-year leases to help stabilize the occupancy of the multifamily asset.

Partnering with us vastly reduces the wear and tear of the property. All minor repairs are handled by us, and all units are professionally cleaned once a week.

We help our partners increase NOI with such little headache and risk that a traditional tenant simply can’t compete. Our business can only succeed if our spaces are well maintained to the highest standard.

While we are not an Airbnb/VRBO company, we leverage Airbnb as a marketing platform to enhance our visibility. Airbnb.com/work serves as  a significant channel for attracting potential new client partnerships.

We enforce a 3-night minimum stay to deter parties. New clients undergo a background check, and we also install front-door cameras for continuous monitoring. This ensures a vigilant 24/7 record of entries and exits to prevent any suspicious activity. We have the right to terminate their reservation immediately if rules are not followed.

Our established network ensures consistent profitability and guaranteed monthly payment. We dedicate a $10,000 investment in professionally designing and staging your unit to attract the ideal clients. Opting for our services means the unit(s) remains professionally designed and staged throughout the entire lease - a level of investment not typically made by long-term tenants

Regular client turnovers actually help keep the unit(s) in great condition due to frequent deep cleaning. Two-way reviews also strongly promote better guest behavior. On the other hand, dealing with a problematic long term tenant can be a significant hassle requiring time, effort, and financial investment to resolve.
